# AI Visibility — see what ChatGPT says about your brand

AI Visibility is ClickFlow's answer-engine monitoring feature. It automatically asks ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask — three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) — and reports whether the answers mention or link your brand, how you rank against competitors, and what the responses say, backed by verbatim snippets.

## How it works

1. **Tell it your brand. It writes the questions.** At setup, ClickFlow generates 30 buyer-style prompts from your brand profile — five topics, six prompts each, including one "reputation" prompt per topic ("is your brand worth it — any downsides?"). Fully editable. The first scan runs immediately; results typically land within 30 minutes.
2. **Every prompt, scored per platform.** Expand any topic for prompt-level results: your rank inside the AI's answer, per platform, with change since the last scan. Visibility score = the share of prompts where you appear (0–100).
3. **What the answers actually say.** Responses are sorted into brand-tailored sentiment themes — what AI praises and what it flags — each with the verbatim response snippet as evidence.
4. **Your share of voice, ranked.** Mentions, average answer position, change, and share of voice against every tracked competitor, plus a per-platform visibility heatmap. Competitors the AI names get auto-discovered.
